How soon will my package be shipped?

Orders will ship within 24 hours of when the order is received.

What are your Shipping rates and delivery times?

LOCAL:  Shop at our downtown studio or have your order delivered! $4.99 for orders under $100 or FREE doorstep delivery for order over $99
*If you have specific instructions for doorstep delivery please let us know (ie. where to place it safely)

CANADA: Flat Rate $15 for orders under $100. FREE shipping for Canadian orders over $99!

NOTE: No carriers are guaranteeing delivery times due to COVID so these are our best estimates. Weather + mail volume can affect delivery times as well.

SASKATOON: SAME DAY if ordered before 4pm!

CANADA | 5-10 business days

Bōbé Beauty is not responsible for additional taxes or duties that you may be charged if you live outside of Canada.

Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.

Returns, Damage, & Disclaimer

Can i return my purchases?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  Please know that your feedback is valued + welcomed at hello@bobebeauty.com as we strive to make your Bōbé experience a positive one. 

what if my product arrives damaged?

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is packed to prevent damage. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@bobebeauty.com with your order number + a photo of the damage as soon as possible.
